What you'll do

• Prepare, cook, package, store, and serve food for distribution to school sites
• follow standardized recipes and portion standards
• set up work and serving areas
• maintain clean, sanitary, and safe work areas
• operate kitchen equipment
• complete production, temperature, transport, and sales records
• perform assigned cleaning
• and assist with food service for special events.
