Bilingual Care Coordinator — Children’s Long-Term Support

Job overview

The Bilingual Care Coordinator role is hybrid in Milwaukee, WI, with up to two remote workdays per week and a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule. Compensation is $26 per hour. The coordinator joins Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan’s Milwaukee County Children’s Long-Term Support team. The coordinator partners with families to assess needs, develop person-centered plans, coordinate services, and connect children with community resources. The work helps children with developmental, physical, or severe emotional disabilities remain safely in their homes and communities.

What you'll do

• Complete client and family needs assessments
