What you'll do

• Identify patients’ visit reasons and lifestyle needs
• recommend eyewear based on the optometrist’s prescription
• assist with frame selection and optical measurements
• recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• adjust, troubleshoot, and dispense eyewear
• provide pricing and delivery estimates
• maintain displays
• assist with insurance billing and orders
• document patient communications.
