What you'll do

• Advise clients on domestic and international privacy laws and frameworks
• provide strategic guidance on compliance, operational implementation, and risk mitigation
• support incident response, breach notification, and regulatory investigations
• advise on privacy due diligence and data issues in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions
• draft and negotiate data protection agreements, vendor and customer contracts, and privacy schedules
• collaborate with senior attorneys and practice leaders
• mentor junior lawyers
• contribute to thought leadership and practice growth.
