What you'll do

• Develop and execute local store marketing strategies to drive restaurant traffic, guest engagement, catering sales, and brand awareness
• translate companywide initiatives into regional and local campaigns
• build marketing playbooks, annual plans, and performance standards
• lead, coach, and develop regional Community Sales Ambassadors
• establish goals and accountability
• develop catering, corporate partnership, fundraising, and B2B sales strategies
• build community relationships
• manage budgets, KPIs, and ROI
• use performance data and market insights to recommend improvements
• partner with franchisees, Operations, and restaurant leaders
• guide marketing for new openings and market expansion
• travel regionally and attend occasional evening or weekend events.
