The Marketing Intern — Spring 2027 role is full-time and in person in South San Francisco, CA, from January through April 2027. Compensation is $34 per hour. The intern supports Zipline’s Marketing team, which works across lifecycle, merchandising, and growth to develop campaigns and customer experiences. The intern helps coordinate projects, organize insights, prepare campaign materials, and document repeatable processes. The work supports the team’s efforts to improve awareness, conversion, retention, and customer experience while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

What you'll do

• Support marketing projects across consumer, partner, lifecycle, merchandising, growth, and product marketing
• track timelines, next steps, inputs, decisions, and materials
• help gather context, prepare briefs, coordinate feedback, and quality-check customer-facing materials
• contribute to research and planning
• document workflows, playbooks, and best practices
• collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams.
