What you'll do

• Welcome patients and visitors
• register new and returning patients
• verify demographic, insurance, and identification information
• check insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorizations
• explain coverage and payment expectations
• collect and process payments
• answer calls
• maintain financial records and documentation
• support office operations, reporting, and supply orders
• and assist with errands as needed.
