Parts Counter Sales

The Parts Counter Sales role is onsite in Enfield, CT, with pay of $28–$36 per hour. Gabrielli Truck Sales provides truck sales and parts support to customers. The role sells parts over the counter, through the shop, and by phone, helping customers identify needed items and obtain product information. It also supports parts availability and accurate payment and invoice processing.

What you'll do

• Help customers select parts
• explain companion parts and specials
• answer calls and provide price quotes
• notify the parts manager about urgent out-of-stock items
• follow up on back orders
• receive payments or obtain credit authorization
• ensure charge sales are signed and customers receive invoices
• participate in training and stay current on products.
