The Family Physician role is onsite at the Emlenton Health Center in Emlenton, PA; compensation is not specified. The schedule is Monday 8 a.m.–7 p.m., Tuesday 8 a.m.–4 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m.–12 p.m. Hybrid work may be available after 90 days for physicians meeting performance expectations, subject to supervisor approval and operational and patient-care needs. The Primary Health Network is a physician-led, mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center serving communities and populations who need care. The physician provides comprehensive, continuous family medical care with a compassionate approach and minimum supervision. The role supports patient and community health through clinical care, prevention, chronic disease management, and whole-person care, and may serve as a collaborating physician for Advanced Practice Providers.
