What you'll do
- Responsible for all transactional tasks associated with end to end order process including processing new orders and reorders.
- Provides consulting to clients to address their needs and ensures that proposed solutions meet client's expectations.
- Provides client updates on delivery status and troubleshoots any delivery issues as they arise.
