What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software or product support
• conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, and maximize refunds
• provide future tax planning guidance
• address customer inquiries
• engage prospects and develop long-term client relationships through outreach
• participate in local marketing and community engagement.
