Medical Assistant Lead

The Medical Assistant Lead role is onsite in Oakhurst, NJ, with pay of $25–$30 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. What you'll do

• Supervise and support medical assistants
• coordinate scheduling, rooming, and patient preparation
• assist providers with vital signs, examinations, and directed medication administration
• ensure compliance with regulations and infection control
• train and mentor staff
• manage medical supplies and equipment
• document patient information in EHRs and maintain confidentiality.

Why this role

Requires CMA or RMA certification, at least three years of medical assistant experience, leadership or supervisory experience, and EHR proficiency. Gastroenterology experience and specialty procedure or infusion coordination experience are preferred.
