What you'll do

• Coordinate field repairs, service and equipment maintenance
• direct troubleshooting, inspection, repair and testing
• develop daily repair schedules
• create work orders and oversee parts and materials ordering
• communicate estimates, recommendations, schedules and completion dates to customers and internal departments
• oversee rental equipment condition
• manage receiving and delivery condition records for new equipment
• schedule outside vendors and manufacturers
• oversee specialized tooling and field service vehicles
• track failed parts.
