What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone and digital channels
• assist with account inquiries, payments, and repayment options
• explain auto loan balances, monthly payments, and repayment plans
• process vehicle surrender and redemption requests
• explain bankruptcy plans and account requirements
• coordinate with third-party vendors on repossession and redemption activities
• maintain account records
• navigate multiple systems while managing calls, emails, and chats.
