• source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and industry events
• partner with commercial leaders and lead weekly pipeline reviews
• meet high-volume hiring targets
• maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
• advise leaders on compensation benchmarking, competitors, and talent availability.
