The mechanic performs preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment such as fillers, cappers, and labelers, while troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.

What you'll do

• Replace valves, pumps, motors, and gear reducers
• maintain packaging equipment including labelers, fillers, and cappers
• disassemble and assemble electric motors and hydraulic systems
• repair machinery and conveyor belts
• perform general plant maintenance
• troubleshoot root causes of mechanical issues.
