The Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist role is an onsite position located in New York, NY. Compensation is $300.00 - $400.00 per hour, supporting the anesthesia department of a healthcare facility. This role exists to provide locum tenens anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, GI, and pediatric procedures. The physician will contribute to the surgical team by supervising CRNAs and managing patient care.
What you'll do
- Monday - Friday, 7 am start
- 1:5 weekday pager call
- 4-12 cases per day
- 50-75% CRNA supervision
- Case mix: general surgery, orthopedic, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, GI, pediatrics
- PALS, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
