What you'll do

• Formulate comprehensive compliance frameworks for data-driven products.
• Orchestrate privacy and cybersecurity due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Lead complex cybersecurity incident investigations.
• Defend clients in high-stakes class action litigation.
• Draft and negotiate Data Protection Agreements.
• Advise C-suite executives on data governance and risk mitigation.
