What you'll do

• Greet visitors
• offer refreshments and engage in conversation
• answer multiple-line phones, direct callers, and take messages
• escort visitors and provide facility information
• help ensure compliance with facility rules and report suspicious activity
• assist with new associate orientation
• maintain files, operate office machines, perform administrative tasks, and order supplies as needed.
