Tier II Help Desk Shift Lead — Night Shift

What you'll do

• Oversee Tier 2 Help Desk activities during the assigned shift
• prioritize incidents and work orders and delegate tasks
• provide technical guidance and personnel oversight
• monitor work orders and document progress
• troubleshoot complex application and system issues
• escalate issues to Tier 3 and other technical teams
• report operational status to program management
• maintain shift logs and turnover reports
• ensure procedures and service-level requirements are followed.
