What you'll do

• Issue customer requests for quotation on time, prepare estimates, process orders, and manage customer portals
• convert approved purchase requisitions into purchase orders
• send supplier requests for quotation and resolve purchase order and invoice discrepancies
• negotiate pricing and delivery terms
• communicate order status and monitor supplier delivery and quality
• expedite orders
• perform reception duties, manage visitor access, purchase office supplies, source cafeteria items, and coordinate with cleaning and facility vendors
• comply with environmental, health, and safety rules.
