The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) — School-Based role is in person at a school in Longmont, CO. Compensation is $75–$95+ per hour ($300–$380+ per week, as stated in the posting). This part-time position is scheduled for 2–5 hours per week from October 2026 through May 2027 and supports K–12 students. TheraPeds Partners works with schools to provide behavioral and special education services. The BCBA provides student-centered behavioral support by assessing needs, developing and implementing behavior plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating with school staff, families, and other providers. The work contributes to students’ educational and behavioral goals through direct services, consultation, evaluation, and case management.

What you'll do
