What you'll do

• Handle and investigate employee relations cases
• advise managers on performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and terminations
• support compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• document investigations and recommend resolutions
• maintain employee relations processes and documentation
• assist with policy interpretation and communications
• collaborate with recruiting, operations, legal, and payroll
• analyze trends
• support engagement and process improvement.
