What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and other listed dental services
• conduct exams and develop member-centered treatment plans. Support clear aligner and sleep therapy programs, manage a productive schedule, and coordinate with studio teams. Set clinical standards across studios, track quality outcomes, lead calibration and peer learning, mentor Lead and Associate Dentists, and partner on hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
