What you'll do

• Manage procurement, logistics, inventory, vendors, shipping, receiving, and returns
• oversee bookkeeping, accounting, insurance, legal paperwork, and office management with external providers
• run recruiting, scheduling, and onboarding for nontechnical hires
• coordinate immigration cases with attorneys
• support founder scheduling
• depending on profile, assemble and test compute, manage devices and accounts, and apply security practices
• maintain investor data room and prepare materials.
