What you'll do

• Supervise and train shipping and receiving workers

• ensure outbound products are packaged and shipped according to requirements
• prepare shipping and customs documents
• perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading LTL shipments
• coordinate local delivery schedules
• resolve issues with customers and internal teams
• coordinate supplies
• manage processes and employees against company metrics.
