The Warehouse Clerk / Material Handler role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to keep stockroom materials identifiable, accurately recorded, and available when production needs them. By storing, picking, kitting, and delivering materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and traceability, the position helps production work orders proceed reliably and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Put away received material in the correct location and record transactions
• maintain part identification, lot and serial traceability, shelf-life controls, and FIFO rotation
• handle ESD-sensitive and delicate components using required practices
• pick and kit materials to work orders and verify part, revision, and quantity
• report shortages
• deliver materials to production, machining, and assembly
• process returns
• perform cycle counts and research variances
• complete MRP transactions
• support physical inventory and reconciliation
• maintain organized, labeled stockroom areas
• operate powered equipment safely with current certification
• follow quality, export-control, and safety requirements.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; one or more years of warehouse, stockroom, or material-handling experience preferred. Must be a US Person under ITAR; forklift certification required or obtainable within 30 days; ability to lift 50 pounds.
