Pre-K Lead Teacher

The Pre-K Lead Teacher role is onsite in Weston, MA, with an hourly pay range of $22.00–$28.60. The teacher works under the School Director and supports children’s learning, development, and classroom safety. The lead teacher plans and delivers developmentally appropriate curriculum, leads classroom operations, and partners with families and colleagues. The role supports children’s physical, social, emotional, and developmental needs, including implementing individualized education and behavioral support plans when required.
