What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific procedures
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• respond calmly to incidents and requests for assistance
• assist with visitor management and directions
• document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately.
