Microsoft Copilot Developer

Job overview

The Microsoft Copilot Developer role is onsite in Houston, TX, and pays $75–$85 per hour on C2C. The developer works with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role exists to design and deliver secure Copilot and Power Platform applications that improve business productivity and automate enterprise processes. It contributes through integrations, workflow development, and ongoing optimization of AI-enabled applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions
• configure and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot
• build conversational AI solutions and enterprise copilots
• integrate enterprise applications using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
• create and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages solutions
• develop connectors, plugins, and workflows
• gather requirements and define AI use cases with stakeholders
• troubleshoot and optimize Copilot applications
• follow security, governance, and compliance practices
• participate in Agile ceremonies and technical design discussions.

Why this role

Six years of overall software development experience required; Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, Azure OpenAI, REST APIs, and a programming language required; Azure AI Services, RAG, Azure AI Search, and chatbot or virtual assistant experience preferred.
