What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and support semiconductor metrology equipment at customer facilities
- perform upgrades, modifications, and new installations
- diagnose issues and conduct root-cause analysis
- coordinate escalations
- provide customer support under warranty and service agreements
- train customer engineers and operators
- prepare service reports and technical documentation
- manage spare-parts inventory
- collaborate with applications engineering, sales, and R&D
- follow fab safety, customer policies, and confidentiality requirements
- support customer operations outside standard working hours when required.
