The Core Crew – Front Desk and Sales role is onsite in Laguna Niguel, CA. It is a part-time hourly position with hours that vary based on studio schedule and needs; compensation is $20.25 per hour plus opportunities to earn sales commission. [solidcore] is a boutique fitness company with more than 100 studios and a signature low-impact, high-intensity strength workout. The role supports the studio’s client experience and daily operations through front desk, administrative, and sales support. It helps clients manage accounts and classes, promotes studio offerings, and works with the Head Coach and Community Manager to maintain a welcoming, well-run studio.

What you'll do

• Welcome and engage clients
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist studio leadership and coaches with daily operations and cleanliness
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• alert coaches to milestones and prepare celebration boards.
