What you'll do

• Lead and coach 13–15 Fraud Associates
• conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and career development conversations
• use performance data to improve efficiency and accuracy
• handle escalated high-risk fraud cases and difficult customer situations
• manage schedules, coverage, assignments, and peak staffing
• communicate policy and strategy updates to the team.
