Construction Foreman

What you'll do

• Review daily jobsite needs with the site supervisor
• interpret plans, specifications, construction methods, and schedules
• promote safe work practices and address hazards
• maintain current contract documents
• review subcontractor shop drawings and submittals
• purchase authorized jobsite materials
• coordinate vendor deliveries and field activities
• document progress with notes and photographs
• inspect installed work and complete or assist with QA/QC reports
• prepare completion and punch lists
• may use tools to help install work.
