The Primavera Project Scheduler/Analyst is an onsite position in Des Moines, WA, with an annual salary range of $65,650 to $118,675. This role supports the National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The primary purpose of this role is to provide expert scheduling and analytical support for the FAA's Western Service Area. The analyst will manage project schedules, resource loading, and data integrity within Primavera P6 to ensure accurate reporting and project lifecycle management.

What you'll do

• Develop, update, and analyze project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Resource load schedules and update labor units.
• Track inspection items from the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) Portal.
• Assist in re-baselining schedules and project close-out activities.
• Generate cost and scheduling reports using Excel and Tableau.
