The Therapist role is onsite in Wasilla, AK, with a Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Compensation is $81,000–$107,000 annually, depending on experience and education. The therapist supports Banyan Treatment Centers’ behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. The role provides assessment, treatment planning, therapy, family engagement, crisis intervention, and care coordination throughout patients’ treatment episodes. It contributes to recovery-focused, evidence-based care by collaborating with medical providers, case management, and interdisciplinary teams and maintaining compliant clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments, including ASAM and biopsychosocial evaluations
• develop and update individualized treatment plans
• provide individual, group, and family therapy
• coordinate with families, referral sources, providers, case management, and aftercare services
• conduct crisis assessments and safety planning
• complete timely clinical documentation and participate in supervision and quality improvement.
