Staff Electrical Engineer

The Staff Electrical Engineer role is onsite in Devens, MA, with a Monday–Friday standard-business-hours schedule and no travel. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 per year. The role supports a mission-focused engineering organization developing and supporting electrical systems for robotic, autonomous, ground, and maritime platforms. The engineer contributes to new hardware development, existing product support, testing, and payload integration. Working with senior engineers and multidisciplinary teams, the role designs electrical systems, troubleshoots integration challenges, and helps move platform designs from development into the field. A BSEE or equivalent and 1–5 years of relevant experience are required.

What you'll do

• Design analog, digital, mixed-signal, PCB, and cabling systems
• support testing and qualification
• contribute to hardware development and product support
• integrate payloads into platforms
• use electro-mechanical CAD tools and manage bills of materials
• troubleshoot design and integration challenges.
