What you'll do

• Perform construction layout and staking for site work, grading, excavation, utilities, and demolition
• establish and maintain jobsite control points, benchmarks, and GPS localizations
• operate GPS rover/base systems, total stations, and lasers to transfer plans to the field
• review plans and drawings for discrepancies
• communicate layout data to field and office teams.
