Shipping and Receiving Clerk

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk role is onsite in Burlington, WI. Pay is $18–$21 per hour. NEL Frequency Controls manufactures crystal oscillators and other electronic frequency-control products and ships to customers worldwide. The clerk manages incoming and outgoing shipments and stockroom inventory to support accurate records, timely deliveries, and inventory integrity. The role coordinates with carriers, vendors, and internal departments and cross-trains across shipping, receiving, and stockroom duties.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• prepare and package outgoing shipments
• maintain shipment and inventory records in the ERP system
• coordinate carrier and vendor pickups and deliveries
• submit foreign shipment documentation through the U.S. Customs portal
• organize stockroom items and allocate inventory
• monitor stock and report discrepancies
• assist with inventory counts and audits
• follow safety and shipping requirements
• communicate with internal departments.
