What you'll do

• Provide critical care, administer medications including intravenous titrations, manage invasive and arterial lines, cardiac monitoring, ventilators, treatments, and procedures
• assess and document patient condition and response
• recognize clinical changes and respond to assigned rapid response and code events
• develop and revise care plans
• coordinate and delegate care
• educate patients and families
• support discharge planning
• follow infection-control and HIPAA requirements.
