What you'll do

• Lead program priorities and operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
• supervise and support the Directors of Supported Housing, Shelter Services, and Outreach Services
• establish and monitor program goals, outcomes, and service standards
• oversee compliance, risk management, and incident response
• guide program development, budgets, and financial sustainability
• support workforce and leadership development
• maintain community partnerships and represent the agency as appropriate.
