What you'll do

• Lead MEP field operations and coordinate mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, building management, electrical, low-voltage, and special systems
• plan and sequence MEP scopes, procurement, BIM coordination, inspections, commissioning, and turnover
• partner on schedules and coordination plans
• provide constructability feedback
• support occupancy, acceptance, punch lists, closeout, and documentation
• reinforce jobsite safety, conduct safety audits, monitor quality and code compliance, and mentor field team members.
