What you'll do

• Review customer accounts using SAP, High Radius, and MyResults alongside field and internal communications
• analyze complex accounts and recommend resolutions
• monitor aged items and communicate unresolved past-due items
• process payments with remittance detail
• assist with complex applications and cash applications
• process refunds, deposits, reversals, bank activity, and adjustments according to policy
• apply Foodbuy payments and follow financial control guidelines.

Why this role
