The Soteria House Resident Support Staff role is onsite in Burlington, VT. The posting states compensation of $21 per hour. Resident Support Staff members provide nonjudgmental, person-centered support and help maintain the therapeutic community, working with residents on daily needs, care plans, community referrals, and household functions.

What you'll do

• Be present with residents and provide non-directive support
• build rapport using choice-based, client-centered, harm-reduction, and strengths-based approaches
• assist with social skills, wellness, medications, and housekeeping
• attend scheduled supervision and team meetings
• complete annual TCR training
• follow program policies and emergency protocols
• collaborate on care plans and budgets
• maintain records and reports
• coordinate community referrals
• perform household cleaning and maintenance.
