Flat Rate Technician

What you'll do

• Complete assigned vehicle service and repairs according to training, manufacturer procedures, dealership specifications, and safety requirements
• notify management of additional repairs or issues affecting quality or promised timing
• use service tools and equipment properly
• meet production and efficiency benchmarks
• document causes and corrections on repair orders
• road-test vehicles when required
• participate in manufacturer training
• maintain tools and manuals
• use required PPE and follow applicable regulations.
