Infant Assistant Teacher

The Infant Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Ballston Spa, NY, with pay of $16.50–$18.50 per hour. The position supports new infant classrooms planned to open in November–December 2026. What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher in maintaining a safe, clean, nurturing classroom
• support age-appropriate activities and daily routines
• help with diapering, meals, naps, and play
• supervise children and support safety
• build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
• help monitor and document daily activities
• follow OCFS regulations and center policies
• maintain classroom organization and cleanliness.
