The Automotive Technician — Asian Makes role is onsite in Walnut Creek, CA, with pay of $35–$50 per hour. N Service Auto is an independent repair shop focused on honest, high-quality service and quality workmanship. The technician inspects, diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicles, with extensive work on Asian makes and additional domestic and European repairs as needed. Accurate diagnostics, repair documentation, and communication with the Service Advisor help the shop deliver dependable service without rushing work.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections to manufacturer and industry standards
• diagnose, maintain, and repair Toyota, Lexus, Subaru, Mazda, Honda, Acura, Nissan, and Infiniti vehicles
• perform routine maintenance, major repairs, advanced diagnostics, and removal and replacement work
• diagnose and repair domestic and European vehicles as needed
• use ALLDATA and other technical resources
• document findings and recommendations in the shop management system
• communicate vehicle conditions and recommended repairs to the Service Advisor
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule with no weekend work. Requires at least 10 years of professional automotive repair experience with Asian vehicles, professional tools, and diagnostic equipment; ASE certifications and/or a California State Smog License are preferred. Hybrid and electric vehicle experience is a strong plus.
