What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs for brick, block, stone, restoration, and related work
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• prepare estimates and proposals
• participate in bid reviews and contract negotiations
• manage projects from award through closeout
• coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• monitor budgets, costs, and profitability
• conduct site visits and project meetings
• manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and documentation
• maintain customer, contractor, and vendor relationships.
