What you'll do

• Monitor the food service operation to support top-quality products and service
• manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste
• ensure staff are on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized
• monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate
• uphold policies and procedures for compliance with company and client expectations
• perform other duties as assigned.
