• triage and resolve routine issues or escalate them
• support user and system configuration
• conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks
• monitor key functions, performance indicators, and usage metrics
• document incidents, resolutions, and trends
• contribute to readiness checklists, dashboards, knowledge transfer, and process improvements.
